99 coping skills

Today is December 19, 2018 and since my first post I have completed 24 out of 99 coping skills.

Following this post I will be highlighting each skill I’ve completed and how it’s helped me.


One of the toughest parts of getting through this list is reminding myself that this isn’t 99 steps to cure my anxiety and depression. This is just 99 ways to make things a little easier.
